We ship Australia wide. Shipping on orders over $150 are free. Orders are dispatched every Wednesday. Tracking details will be emailed to you.

International Shipping

At this stage we don’t offer international shipping. However we can review this on a case by case basis depending on the product size. Please fill in the contact us form and we will get back to you.

Pre-orders

If your order was a pre-order, you will receive a notification when it will be sent. If your order had pre-order and non pre-order items, all items will be sent with the pre-order items.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are heirloom quality and made to treasure. However in the case you need to do a return these are our policies:

Change of mind

You can change your mind about purchasing an item and get a credit with our store if:

• You return it within 28 days of purchase with invoice

• Items are still in the original condition and packaging

• Items were not on sale

Problem with the item

If there is a manufacturing fault with the item.

How to do a return

• Please send us a message via our contact us form and we will email you the return address

• We don’t cover return postage costs

• Please include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

• You will receive a store credit when we receive the item and upon inspection is it in its original condition.

Please enter your details in our contact us form and we will track your package and get in touch with you ASAP.
